How the letters were chosen

The June 13, 2026 board ranks Rice Shower and T.M. Opera O in S, then Oguri Cap, Silence Suzuka, and Tamamo Cross in A. Yaeno Muteki and Super Creek are added from a May 1, 2026 board that the June list does not cover. Haru Urara uses the later D, not the earlier B. November 2025 letters are older and are not averaged in.

S tier

charactersRice ShowerJune 13, 2026 and May 1, 2026 boards both put Rice Shower in S. Her Skill stops stamina drain for 3.5 seconds. Behind someone, the June summary adds 0.5 seconds of regen, more acceleration, and a 2 second speed debuff on the opponent. The November 2025 variant instead says the target has a harder time sprinting, and it lists a sprint delay after the Skill. Zone regen is 2.5 seconds, with a short drain on racers within 35 studs.

Player decision Use her when you can sit behind the leader until the Skill, then take the lead for the finish. Pressing it while already first skips the behind-only effects.

charactersT.M. Opera OBoth the June 13, 2026 and May 1, 2026 boards put T.M. Opera O in S. She is a Legendary Late Surger from Update 1.1. Prepared to Pass gives a speed boost and stamina iframes, and it is stronger when racers are around you. A December 2025 note caps that check at 4 players within 35 studs. Her Zone, This Dance is for Vittoria, wants someone ahead and pays speed and regen based on placement, then a short dash.

Player decision Hold the Skill for a crowded section instead of an empty straight. She wants bodies nearby, then a Late Surger finish.

charactersYaeno MutekiPocket Tactics, updated May 1, 2026 for Update 1.2, ranks Yaeno Muteki in S with Rice Shower and T.M. Opera O. She is an Epic Pace Chaser. Fighting Spirit has two uses: an acceleration boost, then a grab that pulls a racer ahead and shoves them back. Her first Zone cutscene is a 4-QTE duel. This row is that May placement, not a June confirmation.

Player decision Save the second Skill for a racer you can grab. Use the first cast when you only need acceleration.

A tier

charactersOguri CapJune 13 and May 1, 2026 boards put Oguri Cap in A. She is a Legendary Pace Chaser. The November 2025 Starlight Beat, with someone ahead, is 0.7 seconds of regen and 4.4 seconds of no drain. Directly behind someone, a variant drains the leader and makes their sprint harder. Triumphant Pulse, her Zone, wants racers within 43 studs. She was also touched in the second QOL update, labeled 1.52, so the June summary may be the later kit.

Player decision Race her from just behind a target. An empty track wastes both the Skill condition and the Zone range.

charactersSilence SuzukaJune and May 2026 boards put Silence Suzuka in A. She is the documented Front Runner and a Legendary. Her Skill stops stamina drain for 3 seconds. Her Zone, after the November 23, 2025 buff, is 0.9 seconds of regen, 2 seconds without drain, and 2 seconds of speed. The June 13, 2026 summary repeats those Zone figures.

Player decision Take the lead and budget the extra stamina. She does not need a pack the way Oguri and Tamamo do.

charactersTamamo CrossJune and May 2026 boards put Tamamo Cross in A. She is a Legendary Pace Chaser. November 2025 gives her 0.7 seconds of regen, 1.95 seconds without drain, and a 0.3 second drain within 30 studs. A community page prints 1.5 seconds without drain and adds 3 seconds of debuff immunity on the Zone. June 13, 2026 says 0.8 seconds of regen and a 0.3 second drain within 35 yards, with a 2.5 second Zone regen. The November 23 note also added unquantified Zone speed.

Player decision Press the Skill in a crowd on the final section. If the pack has spread out, she plays closer to a shorter Gold Ship.

charactersSuper CreekPocket Tactics places Super Creek in A on the May 1, 2026 Update 1.2 board, next to Oguri Cap, Silence Suzuka, and Tamamo Cross. She is an Epic and one of two Umas, with Oguri Cap, described as having a unique running animation. No Skill or Zone durations were on the pages this build could open.

Player decision Read her in-game tooltip before you copy another Uma's timings. This row only preserves the May letter.

B tier

charactersGold ShipJune 13 and May 1, 2026 boards put Gold Ship in B. She is a Rare Late Surger and the racer November 2025 called the best beginner pick. That kit ignores drain for 2.5 seconds, has a 3% ultra of 9 seconds plus 0.5 seconds of regen, and a Zone with regen plus a speed QTE. June 2026 instead says a passive that cuts natural drain, an active 2.5 second regen, extra speed for clearing a QTE, and 3 seconds of Zone stamina immunity. Use the June summary if your client matches it.

Player decision Learn the white line on Gold Ship before you spend every code on legendaries. Her final section is the point of the style.

charactersDaiwa ScarletJune and May 2026 boards put Daiwa Scarlet in B. She is a Rare Pace Chaser whose Skill can be used twice. November 2025 calls each use a forward dash, with a Zone of 2.5 seconds of regen and 0.6 seconds of no drain if someone is within 35 studs. June 2026 calls the Skill a double sprint with no buff bonuses, and the Zone stamina recovery plus lower consumption.

Player decision Save the two dashes for passes, especially corners. Spending both on the start leaves the finish empty.

charactersMeisho DotoJune 13, 2026 puts Meisho Doto in B. May 1, 2026 also puts her in B. She is a Rare added in Update 1.1. The June ability line says she blinds and slows racers ahead and gives herself a speed buff. Zone is listed only as stamina recovery.

Player decision Use the Skill when someone is in front of you. An empty lead has nothing to blind.

C tier

charactersAir GrooveJune 13 and May 1, 2026 boards put Air Groove in C. She is an Uncommon Pace Chaser. November 2025: Skill is 0.8 seconds of regen and 0.3 seconds of drain within 35 studs. Zone is 1.5 seconds of regen plus a 0.3 second drain and sprint debuff in that range. June 2026 says the Skill needs someone ahead, then lists stamina recovery, stamina immunity, and an area debuff, and it prints Zone as none.

Player decision Treat her as a pack debuff, not a solo closer. If your client shows no Zone, do not wait on a G press that November guides promised.

charactersNice NatureJune and May 2026 boards put Nice Nature in C. She is an Uncommon added in Update 1.1. June says the Skill waits 1 second, then recovers stamina, and the Zone is a basic regen. The community page, which asks for citations, names I Can Win Sometimes, Right? as an initial boost, stamina recovery, and 3 QTEs, with a stumble on a failed set. Just A Little Farther! wants 3rd or worse, then a short speed boost, regen, and Heavy plus drain on 3 runners ahead. Her Late Surger label on that page is also marked as needing a citation.

Player decision Practice the 3 QTEs in a quiet race. A miss debuffs you. Use the placement Zone only from 3rd or worse if that condition is on your tooltip.

D tier

charactersHaru UraraThe June 13, 2026 board puts Haru Urara in D. She is the Common Late Surger and the usual starter. November 2025 gives her 0.5 seconds of Skill regen and 2.5 seconds of Zone regen, and says she is better once you can spend both on the final spurt. June 2026 says the normal Skill is basic regen, with a 3% animation for 9 seconds of stamina immunity and 0.5 seconds of regen. That 3% and 9 second line belonged to Gold Ship's ultra Skill in November 2025. Do not assume the effect moved unless your tooltip shows it on Haru.

Player decision Learn the white line and the last Spurt on Haru before you judge the starter. Pull when you want a different Skill, not because this letter says she cannot finish.

Is this the official Uma Racing tier list?

No. Letters here follow published editor lists, mainly the June 13, 2026 board, plus two May 1, 2026 placements for Umas that board skipped. Skill still decides races.

Why is Haru Urara in D?

The June 13, 2026 board puts her in D. The May 1, 2026 board puts her in B. This page uses the later letter and says so on her row. She remains a usable Late Surger starter.
