Haru Urara

Haru Urara is the Common Late Surger and the starter guides tell you to keep. November 24, 2025 gives her 0.5 seconds of Skill regen and 2.5 seconds of Zone regen, and says she is strong on the final spurt once you can time both. November 23 nerfed the end-closer passive she shares with Gold Ship. June 13, 2026 says the normal Skill is basic regen, with a 3 percent special animation of 9 seconds of stamina immunity and 0.5 seconds of regen, and a basic Zone regen. That 3 percent and 9 second effect was Gold Ship's ultra Skill in the November text. It may have moved, or the later summary may have swapped the two Umas. Check the tooltip.

Starting Uma. If she appears in a pull, the May 2026 table prints Common at 55 percent.

Do not fight for first place at the start. Draft, regen on corners, and stack Skill and Zone into the last section. A June 2026 answer says wise regen use can still produce fast laps.
