Oguri Cap is a Legendary Pace Chaser from Update 1.0, later touched in the second QOL update called 1.52. November 2025 names the Skill Starlight Beat. With someone ahead it is 0.7 seconds of regen and 4.4 seconds without drain. Directly behind someone, the variant is 4 seconds without drain, 0.8 seconds of regen, 2.5 seconds of drain on the racer in front, and 0.3 seconds of harder sprint for them. Zone Triumphant Pulse wants racers within 43 studs: 2.8 seconds of regen, plus drain and a harder sprint nearby. One community line says that harder sprint lasts 3 seconds. June 13, 2026 compresses the Skill to 1.5 seconds of regen, 0.3 seconds of drain within 35 yards, and 2 seconds of sprint difficulty, and the Zone to 2.5 seconds of regen. She shares a unique running animation with Super Creek. The experience title is [OGURI CAP MASTERY]. What that mastery changed beyond the QOL note was not spelled out.
